The mounting screws provided are best suited for drywall or sheetrock surfaces, and are not recommended for concrete or metal surfaces.

The blinds are made of 100% PVC and are designed to fit windows with widths between 22 7/8" and 23 1/8" (the actual blind size is 22 1/2" x 48"). The package includes installation instructions, mounting brackets, a tilt wand, a 3 1/4" decorative valance (ending corner valances are not included), valance clips, and screws.
